EQ Psychology online chat is not a crisis counselling service, although our clinicians can provide suggestions for online resources/ information, suggest pathways for longer term solutions to underlying issues or preventative measures, and focus specific next steps the contact can take to follow-up on after the contact. The chat service seeks to engage each client with a professional, empathic, collaborative, non-judgemental and supportive therapeutic approach.

The chat service does not provide medical or specific diagnostic advice with regard to treatment of psychological disorders and /or associated symptoms. EQ Psychology does not accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred by use of or reliance on the information and/or advice provided.
